How long does it take to make and ship an order? TAT is 3-5 business day, but we do offer a lot of items that are RTS and go out with in 24hrs.
Do you take custom or personalized orders? We do take custom and personalized orders on some items. You can message us by email @craftworksbytraci@yahoo.com for question on custom orders.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on most items.
Damaged or Incorrect Order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
