Refund & Return Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders:


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at craftworksbytraci@yahoo.com with photos of the item and packaging.



Custom Orders:


Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.



Shipping Issues:


Craft Works by Traci is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.



Approved Refunds:


If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
